Chungnam National University Seeks the Secret to Tech Startup Success

Chungnam National University's Lab-Specialized Leading University Project for Startups (SPRINT Project Group) and LINC 3.0 Project Group successfully held the '3rd LabKick Lab Startup Academy of 2024' on the 27th at Hotel Interciti in Daejeon.
About 40 faculty members and graduate students interested in technology startups attended the academy. Yoo Je-taek, a manager at CNU's Startup Promotion Agency, delivered a special lecture on the 'Key Causes of Startup Failure and Success Stories,' introducing strategies to overcome challenges and failures that can be encountered in the startup process.
Following this, in a series of CEO special lectures, Kim Cheol-beom of Deep.Plant, Lee Hee-jang of Seal-Link, and Park Sang-wook of Blinkers shared their personal experiences with startup failures and the processes of overcoming them, providing practical advice for a successful entrepreneurial journey.
"Recognizing and preparing for the risk of failure is a crucial factor that can lead to a successful startup," emphasized Kim Cheon-gyu, Director of the SPRINT Project Group. "We will do our utmost to ensure that prospective and current entrepreneurs at Chungnam National University can achieve successful startups through various educational and support programs."
