It persues the innovative and unique paths that have never been discovered.
Deep-Aging System accelerates aging and enhances flavors and tenderness of meat. It also enables to analyze meat data scientifically by a deep-learning AI algorithm in order to predict the flavors and tenderness of Deep-aged meat.
Deep-Aging System enables to produce value-added products with unfavored parts of meat, lower-graded meat, or fatless meat from nature breeding.
We would like to provide healthy and ESG-friendly meat products.
